The whole notion of fraud goes back to the comprehension of what a trick is all about. The ability to claim wisdom over others by taking what rightfully belongs to them with their ignorant cooperation. In short, to defraud someone, be it of any medium, the game plan is, the spirit of confidence trick must be activated to make the scheme move. In this understanding, the trick is a cunning style, skillful act or scheme intended to deceive or outwit someone. A peculiar or characteristic habit and mannerism aimed at taking advantage of the weak mind and with one`s ignorance, by saddling the person to an imminent high horse (spinning dollars syndrome).

But another form of generation of smart scammers thinks, they can lead the victim through, be it anywhere they`re found in the world, till their nefarious gold attended, without them ever doubting for once; in what they innermostly term as the power to do it and re-do it as many times as possible. In recent years, these tricks have gone to all forms of levels, where well-known institutions have adopted these theories to run their legal affairs, thereby normalizing theft and scamming as a way of life, wherein, spreading and feeding people`s spirit with lies to the society has become a way of life.

These institutions are mostly money institutions, stock exchange institutions, military institutions, multinational (both home and abroad particularly those found in less developed nations), sporting institutions, medical institutions etc. In which it would be firmly considered as 419 theft. Hence, micro-groups of that caliber has spread the world and have become stronger in our society as never before in the history of mankind. Literally taking our society hostage. In this mild comprehension, like in physiology study, 419 theft can be described at all levels as the individual cell which is the basic drive of the zeal and the functioning philosophy of the game. Where inwardly, there are great members or personnel working within, as a powerful organism. Like groups of cells alike working together, almost as tissues. As they very much become organs, where we mean telephone organs, money organs, transport organs, embassy organs etc. when all these constitute an individual strategy or global strategy, be rest assured that 419ers would cruise the world for a very long time.

There are three main world stages or categories of con artistry. The ability to practice 419 theft does not only limit itself to the unemployed, or to the less privileged but to the whole earth sphere on condition that you have brains smart enough with high I.Q to do it. Let’s look at the zonation.

1) Zone one

i) Youths: In this category, we fine youths of all levels, particularly of all reasoning age. Who's ready to do the dirty job. This is the main employment popular in their milieus requiring no curriculum vitae or resume. Most of these youths are either school dropouts or underemployed. They prefer doing the rubbish thing than having nothing doing at their disposal. Some claim it`s better than selling drugs or going into the robbery.

ii) Laymen: These are people without profession or specific knowledge. These ones are like those ones considered as basemen men of the society, picking to interest the notion of theft and smartness, like entering into cheap affairs. They get themselves educated overnight and before they know it with stereotype emails, they`re already into money eating and a change of life.

iii) Academic dudes: These are the so-called future of tomorrow. They`re smart, vibrant and fearless. The temptation to them is not a problem, whether be it of any level. They`ve got blood on their eyes as they say in their local jargon. They hold the greatest majority of scammers in the whole of Africa and after graduation from university, they still continue to magnify it with the I.Q they have developed studying in school.

2) Zone two

i) Professionals: These ones, by their names, you just guess who they`re. These ones are well read men or women of their society, doing it as a company or a firm. You can rent their services likewise, they function on their own account. They work as a team with each person specializing in his own domain that`s computer genius, writes-up specialist, cashier, or money receiver specialist. At times having branches both at home and abroad. They have money to sponsor their scams, but not like pure mafia groups. Most of them in this professional form started 419 theft since the era of secondary school and have a fearless spirit. With time they`ve gotten immune or been in prison before and had made heavy contacts with corrupt police officials to strip their names off if appear or be warned if an investigation on them.

ii) White collars: These are con artists in offices who are employed by normal companies, having normal salaries, normal work matriculations but deep scammers behind. In another word, they behave like normal people by their work commitment but are cyber thieves or 419 defrauders. How, by sending scam emails to the world to suck preys, at times by using the company’s tools to do their scamming. Double game players. These set of scammers are very witty and dangerous because, with their spirit of theft, they are often tempted to sell company data or colleague’s data to their fellow friend scammers to infiltrate and dupe them. Some people call it white collar crimes, but this is far from being defined as that, particularly when scamming is involved.

iii) Organized crimes (mafia): This is a wealthy movement, which has agents scattered around the globe where the movement dim necessary. Their forms of scams range from tens of millions of dollars to hundreds. These forms of scammers get involved with technology formula scams, bank hacking, fake cocaine deal scams etc. They always do everything possible to reach their gold and always have their mini-army to kill whoever dares saying anything to the detriment of their tranquility. Explaining why some countries like America have witness protection program.

iv) Gurus and state owners: By their appellations, we know them. They hate losing and admire winning. They have the power to influence any type of system at their disposals, so that, their betting would go for more into their pockets. They`re the kind of 419ers who don`t joke with their interest and would sponsor killing to any height just to make their wish felt. That`s, they would provoke maladies, chaos just to sell their products consequently scamming you with no option at your table. Fear them with all your heart, for they are devil worshippers; they believe often in something that is more or less like a money cult or God.

3) Zone three

i) Institutions: Institutions are run by the government of nations. In this expression, we mean the people running them. If the institutions are run by people having 419 theft spirit, obviously, the magma of that habit would be seen or felt in various ways by their decisions and the manipulation of justice to their favor and to back their scams.

ii) Organizations: These are world governing bodies that gives you the image of right, but are out there to sell and give wind to the people. We have cases of organizations that borrow money to nations, knowing fully well that, these ones would never be able to pay, by the high interest over put on their shoulders. A simultaneous 419 theft as it is done intentionally because the organization was to exploit the natural resources very cheaply. This, by asking the government of their said nation to do it via their multination exploiting abroad. This is con artistry at a very high level, garnered with high-level diplomatic trash and if the government of the nation, the organization borrowed money to, tries to play hard before you know it, war is already in their country.

iii) Governments: In the West, their governments don`t practice 419 theft against each other as such, but against weaker nations from other continents like Africa, Asia or Latin America. We saw this with the attack on Libya by America and France then on Iraq, on Syria; all under their army called NATO leading to the exploitation of their natural resources almost freely. France also with its former colonial territories using the FCFA currency, which is a pure and open 419 theft as the money of these nations are kept in the French treasury who uses it for her development and brag of 5th power in the world.
